"Keep moving forward" is one of my personal mantras. When I find myself struggling in my daily life, my workouts, or relationships, I remind myself not to get stuck in the moment or become stagnant. Just keep moving forward. When you come across difficult situations in your own life, I encourage you to give the phrase a try, too. It's amazing how uncomplicated and happy life can be when we decide to simply change our minds.
Each day I aim to learn new things about life, love, spirituality, self, others. I earnestly seek to gain knowledge and understanding every day. I love with all of my heart. I am thankful for every moment I have in life, even the bad ones, which teach me about myself and help me grow. I live in a lovely town with my golden retriever and the love of my life.
